Colonist are hard to get

The colonist Doff is hard to obtain; I did around 10 package purchases and only got three colonists. The reason I bring this up is that their a a colonist mission that requires five colonist, but the card system does not make that many available. Their needs to be a colonist recruitment (if there is not one in the game).

    Well, I tend to beam unwilling civilians directly into my cargo hold and hit them with something heavy until they stop screaming. Then I can bring them to any uninhabited planet and beam them down. It´s efficient and fun. Win-Win. :D

    There is occasionally a assignment on ESD that asks you to resettle colonists. It will give you five colonists when you complete it.
