I know this is a minor bug that doesn't break anything in the game and can't be exploitable. So this will probably take a few years to fix.
Previously before the Devidian Featured Episodes the mission Ghost Ship was the first time we saw Devidians.
Now, that you evenl level tied the FE to Lt Cmdr the dialogue in the Ghost Ship mission has to change to reflect that our crews are now experienced Devidian killers.
