[IMPORTANT] STF Loot Bug?

I just spawned inside of an STF, moments before it was completed by the team already in it. For some reason I wasn't auto added to the group, but decided to pick up my loot bag. Though it turns out... I was also able to pick up the loot bag which was intended to be need/greeded to the entire group. I was able to take it all.

If this is indeed a bug, then it REALLY needs to be corrected. Ninja looting is undoubtedly going to become an issue if this isn't fixed.
