2775 Military CXP

Hey devs, how are you today, good I hope. Don't know how it works but it says I have 2775 military cxp out of the 2500 required and I did not level up to the next tier on the system. Is there something I have to do like when you get a noraml Promotion. I thought it was automatic. Well, anyways just letting you know if it is supposed to be automatic.
