Tailor and UI: Issues and ConcernsLocation: Any Tailor but these bugs were primarily found at Earth Spacedock.
Frequency: All the time.
Details:
- Tailor: The undo command undoes changes that do not apply to the active costume you are editing. For example, if you edit and save changes to a Female Engineering Klingon Officer, then to a Male Human Tactical Officer, and then edit a Female Vulcan Science Officer, you can hit undo and backtrack through the edits made on all three officers.
- Tailor: Mousing over a variant in Customize your head alters the second colour swatch of a Sierra 3 uniform. Undo will not acknowledge that the colour was added nor attempt to remove it. It will instead cycle through options as indicated in the previous report.
- Tailor: The Tailor UI indicates I am being charged to design a costume for a costume slot that has yet to be created. However, when purchasing, it states that I am not being charged.
- Many UI elements in the Tailor and Duty Officer system do not acknowledge that their status has changed until you deselect and reselect the item. For example, when creating a costume slot, the only option is to Create. However, once you have created the costume and have been returned to the Costume Selection UI, the only available option you have is Create despite the fact that it should be Wear/Rename/Modify with re-selecting that UI element confirming that.
The same is true for DOff missions and their requirements. Missions that you do not qualify for because you lack a certain amount of X do not update after you find a way to meet the requirements unless you deselect and reselect the entry.
