23rd Century Fed NPC does not attack when choosing the "Attack" option instead of peacful dialogue
Description:
while replaying the "Everything Old is New" mission for the 2nd time on Tribble, immediately when you start the mission on 23rd century Drozana, the blue-shirt NPC comes up to you in the corridor, when skipping the dialogue and choosing "Attack" the NPC just freezes, takes 0 damage and does not attack you back

How to reproduce (If known.)
1- start the Mission from after the point where you take the devidian portal, and unlock the first Door via the puzzle.
2- talk to the Blue-shirt NPC coming towards the door you are exiting from, and choose the "Attack" option
LOCATION:
23'rd Century Drozana Station maintenance level, location of first visual meeting of 23rd century TOS Personell in the corridor.
