c store items not on tribble yet?

Am I correct in assuming that you can't claim purchased c store items on tribble? It isn't a problem, I just keep seeing people with some cstore stuff and yet I can't seem to access mine. (or even know how.)

    If you are refering to uniforms, I believe those who got them by other means (Collectors Edition for example) and not the C-Store AND since you have no need to claim them in C-Store have access to them. Just a Theorie.

    Doesn't explain people who have items already, assuming those are really CStore items..
    Also, I see people with Vet stuff (?), but I don't have mine.
