DOFF System - Tier reward text

Under the military tab in the DOFF system, the various tiers are the same as the science tab

Researcher, scientist, etc.

Should probably be military titles or professions.

    i'm actually more concerned with both the fact that each item save for diplomacy requires 2500 XP, while diplomacy is the good old diplomacy we know and hated to grind up (160 XP), and missions aren't giving all that much XP to each track they put points into


    also the reward text itself is missing
