A Few Small Bugs

1 - Bridge Officers on Ground Missions do not always Rez other fallen Bridge Officers. This happens regardless of what the Ground Mission is, many times I'll stand there and wait to see if they will do anything to help their fallen comrade and they just stand there stairing into oblivion... It doesn't happen like this all the time, but it is very noticeable since they never seem to falter to rez their fallen friends at some point on Holodeck. Call for Help seems to be working fine though, when you are the unlucky soul to drop.

2 - Aid the Planet missions no longer give a random item as a reward. Not sure if this is intentional or a bug.

3 - Hail button for Story Line Missions sometimes greyed out until you achieve the next Level, even though you meet the Level requirement for the mission. This began at the mission Frozen in the Romulan story arc. And has occured a few times more since then. I can tell i meet the level requirement since the rewards are below my current level for some of the missions this has happened with. Hopefully this was not intentional, if it is, a suggestion would be to place the level requirements into the mission title perhaps or somewhere on the Episode tab for the missions listed there.

4 - Can not submit Bug Reports in game. When attempting to submit a Bug Report in game while on the Tribble Server an error message appears stating there was a time out while trying to submit the report. This does not occur on the Holodeck for me, and several other folks have also reported having the exact same issue. The game itself does not time out, just the Bug Report submission.

5 - When entering into Deep Space 9 space, an OPS pop up displays asking me to beam up some supplies for delivery to some place else, but there is no such mission to do so. And no pop up for actually beaming up these items when nearing the base itself. This happens every time I enter Deep Space 9 space before heading to the Base itself. I just shrink the window and continue about my business, ignoring the OPS message button that persists on the right side of my screen. Once I enter the Base or exit to Sector Space it goes away.

6 - Details of items when hovering over them with your mouse does not always display all the information for that item. An example would be looking at a Disruptor Pistol with CriD that when you hover your mouse over it to view the details, fails to show the 20% Critical Severity in the description. That is just one example. This is not always the case, 9 times out of 10 the description has all the details. The same goes for some mission rewards as well. This occurs on the Holodeck also, therefore most likely it is a known bug.

7 - Space Battle Difficulty seems to be more difficult than it is on Holodeck when set on Normal. Now this may be a updated feature or i'm just unlucky, but I've noticed that my shields go down much faster and i pretty much have to keep my left hand on the arrow keys pressing them every second while I'm in a space fight. So pretty much I am devoting most of my attention to pressing the up arrow key durring a fight just to keep alive, and rely much more heavily on using my mouse to fire off powers rather then the keyboard like i'm used to... Using the same ship with the same shields on Holodeck, i do not need to do this as much unless I'm running it on Advanced or higher. It almost feels like i'm running it on Advanced but without the same Advanced setting gear drops, although the Active mission screen clearly shows the Difficulty set to Normal. Ground missions are fine.

8 - On some Exploration Zone ground missions the Bridge Officers disappear into the ground. This happens every so often, usually when the terrain is very rocky with lots of abrupt elevation changes. Beaming out and back in gets them out of the ground, but as soon as i move again, poof back into the ground. This happened a while back on Holodeck but it was fixed, so it appears this bug is rearing it's ugly little head again. It's not happening alot, but i've experienced it a couple times in the last few days.

As i experience more bugs or possible bugs, i'll add to this post so as not to clutter up this forum with too many post titles from myself.

Removed UPDATE to Aid the Planet bug since the DOFF i received had nothing to do with the Exploration mission at all, instead it was just coincedence as it affected my Diplomacy Tier which is why i was awarded a new special DOFF...

The bridge-officers-falling-into-nothing problem on exploration missions has been there since beta and is specific to certain poorly-generated maps. Usually, it's the ones with cargo containers you have to scan and groups of enemies that beam in after you scan the first one.
The only way to give them the information they need to note and fix these problems is by listing exactly which maps this occurs on. That's made a lot harder by the sporadic problem with bug reporting that some users are experiencing.

Removed this NEW Bug since the Transwarp Gate requires a Mission to use. You have to complete all story arcs up to the first Borg arc mission in order to gain access to the Transwarp conduit.

Then most likely it is just by dumb unluck I ended up twice in those types of missions on Tribble... I haven't run into that problem on Holodeck in a very long time... I'ld assumed they had fixed the issue on Holodeck and this was just something happening on Tribble...

Removed my Update to # 3 due to finding out what happened with the mission Shutdown(Human Error)...

The original bug # 3 that i listed still seems to be the case for Frozen and several other missions after it...

A lot of missions are now scaling to your level so that may be what's causing the space combat to seem more difficult, I've noticed it myself, but A) At Commander I'm now stuck in a Lt. Cmdr tier ship and haven't had a chance to upgrade to better gear, and B) I figure part of it is now I'm dealing with enemies exactly my level instead of slightly to moderately, to sometimes suicidally (for them) below my level.

UPDATE to the Aid the Planet bug

Apparently what i thought might be a bug might actuallity a feature change. Instead of getting an item as a reward on Aid the Planet missions, I didn't pay attention that there was an opportunity to purchase a Duty Officer from a Store vendor that appeared after completing the delivery of goods to the planet. I did not see this in my lower levels most likely because I was pre-Lt. Cmdr at the time...

This does not appear to happen every time you accomplish an Aid the Planet mission, it has only happened to me once thus far.

With this you finishing that aid mission probably advanced you to Attache in Diplomacy, a reward for hitting that is getting to pick a special duty officer. Aid missions no longer give a reward, instead taking the Explore 'Fill in the blank' Cluster mission that's appropriate for your level and completing all three Explore Unknown Systems for the mission will now net you a level appropriate item. Going back and doing earlier, under level, explore regions won't. It'll show the 'Level Appropriate Item' as part of the reward if you're taking the explore mission in the right areas for your level and it won't if it's under level for you.

Although that may be possible, but I don't remember even Level space battles being this tough on Holodeck, at least vs Lt and Boss type ships...

As I look back, this is most likely what happened. I updated my update, lol... Thanks for the feedback... :)

    UPDATE to Bug # 3

On the KDF side I was able to take the First mission in the Breen story arc at level 47, but the 2nd mission I was not able to take until i reached 48, and the 3rd mission I was not able to take until I reached 49, and now the 4th mission is not available to me until I reach 50... There seems to be a pattern forming with some the original Episode content now and then... I'm not sure if this is intentional, but it is completely annoying having to leave the zone to level up then come back for 1 mission over and over again...
