I DOff my cap to you good sir, a fitting NPC adversary for my Tier 2 Connie. I haven't seen so many holds and stuns since I called an all-sciship-PvP team a bunch of scramble kitties.
I look forward to the day my Assault Cruiser warps in and smites thy colossal-metal-plucked-pigeon. I have some fireworks ready just for the occasion. It's currently dealing with the Cardassians now, but rest assured I'll have my revenge, MWHAHAHAHA.
