Not getting rewards for completion? - DoFF

I was on the screen and had the "current missions" window open watching the countdown finish on a DoFF mission and it completed.

It did not show up in the completed page. It did not show any gains, but my crewman came back.

Maybe it has to do with having the window open when it completes?

    Did you click the "Collect Rewards" button? You find it under complete tab, click whatever is complete, then click that button.
