No In-Game Tickets?

Is it normal that all my attempts to write in-game tickets on Tribble end with "Ticket Timeout blabla" ?

    thats pretty obvious that it isnt.

    Yeah well that's what I thought. On various attempts today and yesterday, both "Report a Bug" and "Request GM help" ended with "Ticket creation Timeout".

    Umm... yeah, no idea what to do about that.
