Completed Ground Zero, disconnected, and kicked right back to the start

I just completed Ground Zero on tribble, where you scan planet fragments, a shield (part 1) you beam down and kill a bunch of Remans and blow stuff up (part 2), and then beam up and destroyed the IRW Sithesh (part 3). I got the accolade and warped out.
During that loading screen back to sector space, I was disconnected, and when I logged back on, I was right back at the start of the mission as if I'd never even attempted it. :mad:
