OK observations so far:

The tutorial was nicely done but not very different than before.

Starting in Shooter mode is not a good thing – it’s confusing as when you try to click on things you can’t, there is no way to know how to exit shooter mode or for that matter if you can!

The new crouch mode – every time I press C my avatar kneels then stands right back up most of the time – the Old way was BETTER.

Like the idea of the Duty Officers.

Like the new Mission Dialog layout.

One little annoyance the mail icon constantly flashes just because there is mail in my Inbox read or not. Now I like to keep some E-mails so please make it flash ONLY when unread E-mails are in your Inbox.
Stop the Signal – needs to be completed before the next mission can be started – the dreadnought is impossible to defeat at the stated level solo with the equipment obtained.

The Borg RED ALERT in the Regulus sector is far too powerful for a small number of low equipped ships – engage – death – engage – death – NOT FUN.

It appears as if things have been made more difficult to aid in the necessity of BUFF, XP skill ups as is Perfect Worlds normal way of things. This means that to succeed you WILL need to purchase in the C- Store not you may. Please do NOT make this a BUFF fest. If this is the case then you just lost this customer.

Night of the Comet:
I entered this mission with quite a few heal pots small and med and large(LC9) – unable to defeat captain after trying 6 times only got him to 50% before being wiped out. Please make these missions able to be completed or you will have most of the F2P running for the hills. Not to mention losing your existing customers. I do remember it being a hard fight on live Holodeck but I was able to complete on 3 characters no problem.
More to follow

OK I reached commander and went to get my new ship only to find I was 20,000 short - Eh? WTF - so is it now the case that when you level up you need to buy more Dilithium before you can upgrade to your next ship - I say again Eh? WTF.

A lot of people have this problem. It even happens at Captain rank. I think it's mentioned under the Bugs section.

    EDIT: Here its is- http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=233306
