No instructions how to auto-navigate in sector space

After leaving ESD (after completing the tutorial and picking your first missions), you get to sector space. There are no instructions on how to auto-navigate using the galaxy/sector map. You are only told how to access the map.
There should also be instructions on how to auto-navigate using the map.
There are also no instructions to turn off astrometrics (unless the player plays with the buttons in the bottom right do discover "Disable Astrometrics"
