All Duty Officer Assignments Finishing with Crit Success

I just returned to the Duty Officer system after 6 of my assignments had finished. Every single one of them had finished with Critical Successes. And while it was great to get all that extra XP. I am thinking this must be a bug. The chances of hitting on a crit success for 6 assignments seems to astronomically high for it to be on purposes. Especially when more of them didn't even have particularly well match doffs assigned to the missions.

As a side note, even though all returned with crit success one of my doffs still ended up in sick bay. I do not understand how that happened and some feed back from the UI telling me why this happened would have been nice.

    They were so happy with the work they did they got drunk and.......well they don't remember. ;)

    I agree with OP, if your Doff hits the sickbay, it would be nice to be notified, and they should never end up there on a Crit Success
