Not enough dilithium for Commander ship

Quinn gave me 80k dilithium for hitting commander, and I need 100k to buy the new ship, so I'm unable to get the commander level ship.

    Some fleet mates can also confirm this.

    Some said that you are left 20,000 Dilithium short.

    i.e. Quinn only awards 80k Dilithium for Commander and the ship costs 100k.

    Can we get this hotfixed?

    Quinn gave me nothing.... I have 79k and just reached captain 1... I have not used any of my Dilitium. Try leveing through captain in a newb ship.... I die atleast 10 times per mission.
