No PVP Missions

I just created a new klingon character and i am not getting the repeatable missions from torbak. Do you have to complete something to get those. I am confused

    Well, I believe you have to get your ship and crew first before you have access to them...but I could be mistaken.

    Not sure if that will help but sometimes if I return to the zone the popups reappear. But yes, you need to get your crew, see all the toons in the zone and get your ship.
