I just did the Otha system ground war solo 4 times, I got not honor, no reward, in fact nothing. 
When I do the same ground war on my Fed I get a reward of points, a purple item and money.
Please fix the Klingon reward system, few people play Klingon and fewer stay when they find out that they get no rewards for completing missions.
