Highlighted in green from the latest Engineering Report. That should allow BOffs to wear off-duty costumes since there will no longer be "uniform" slots, but we'll see.
It's a rather low priority item, unfortunately. I want to get all my crew into matching mercenary suits for "special ops" missions. Ah well, eventually...
Really is unfortunate. The only reason I would play STO over other games is for the looks, yet they've managed to put in so many artificial restrictions that it turns me off.
