Can't Find T'jod

I've been searching the whole of the slums and can't find this guy anywhere. Can anyone either send me a link showing where he is or a screenshot i'm getting annoyed running around in circles.

    press m and zoom all the way in. its easier to see then the little map in the corner. its not great but it helps and he will be in the centre of the circle.
