Well, I decided to try my Klingon char again after a long time. First off, I plan to explore the new Qonos. I find the warriors hall and now I am stuck there. I can't beam up and I can't leave, so what do I do? And it turns out that I am not the only one stuck here. Any suggestions?

KLINGON IS STUCK IN THE WARRIORS HALL
If you are stuck in the warriors hall, look for quest giver "Sparring Master B'Elotja" who gives the mission "Lighting the Way". This mission automatically completes when you take it and points you to B'Emara outside the warriors hall (accessed by the door on the wall). We are looking into other reports in the warriors hall and will patch any additional updates to address confusion in this area.
I wondered in while exploring the new city and am trapped. Also got the same blank message from her. Tried about everything. I know I can play my fed character but this is frustrating .
And who knows that could happen while our chars are stuck here! Undine infiltrators could have taken over our identities! Cryptic please you must do something! The Klingon Empire is in grave danger!

That sucks. Have you guys tried logging completely out then restarting the launcher and logging back in, then trying the mission giver? Other than that, I guess submit a ticket and play Fed until it gets fixed. Is there a command line to kill yourself (/die or something similar)? That might work.
And the Undine taking over your identities won't commit acts of violence. They'll just ruin your reputations by buying weird stuff like Ferengi romance holo-novels and commenting publicly how much they admire the Deferi. Good luck.
I'm downloading the S4 update now. I'll log in on my KDF toon, take the mission from the Sparring guy in the Warriors Hall without taking B'mara's mission, then PM you guys to team up and see if that will get you out. I'll be on in a few minutes.
Thank you so much! I am free at last! Wait until I track down that filthy Undine that tried to take my place. Damn it embarasses me so much with those dang holonovels! Grrrrrrr... Long live the empire!
Yeah, there needs to be a GM standing there asking if people are stuck in the Warrior's Hall every 5 minutes until the bug gets fixed. Thanks to Solar_Searcher for posting the fix.
In some cases, Sparring Master B'Elotja doesn't have the NPC interaction symbol above her and all people need to do is talk to her to complete their mission. Then they can leave. So the key NPC may be incognito.
This bug was reported multiple times during S4 testing on Tribble, I can't believe they let it go live!
Yes, you can talk to the NPC in the warriors hall to get out but not if you've already done the mission she offers you, in which case she doesn't offer you anything and you are well and truly stuck there until you can team with someone who has the mission active.
Dstahl was hanging out there last night, really late I might add. He got a bunch of us out that got stuck in there.
Did the patch this morning finally fix the problem?
Another player and I were doing the same thing before Dan showed up. I was there for 45 minutes and let dozens of people out of priso...I mean, the Warrior's Hall. I was kinda hoping there was an accolade attached to it (title: Gatekeeper). Kudos to Dan for personally helping out.
I have to ask, though, why make the Warrior's Hall the only other separate instance in the entire First City? It's not that big and there's really nothing to do there. Joining it with the rest of the First City would have avoided this problem in the first place.

Good question. I could only guess at a response. If my memory serves (and it may not), the Warrior's Hall is almost exactly the same in appearance to the hall in the old Qo'noS. Maybe they had to gate it to use it. *shrug* Like I said, that is just a wild guess.

I was thinking it was instanced for the newbies. That way they could get their bearings and do the sparring mission without bunches of players running around distracting them. But I don't know if that's where new KDF toons start, so...just a thought.
I created a new character the day before S4 went live. I logged in then out.
I log in for first time and see the old Q'onos for a sec then im loaded into the transporter of the new city.
I have no quests at all no taken no available and the one that gives the explore quest doesn't give any.
Am i better off trying to save the look i made and remaking the char?
If you just made the character it would probably be fastest to just delete it and remake it since you're not going to really lose anything. Maybe take a screenshot of how it looks for reference when you remake it. Sorry your having issues, man.

EDIT: Found this. Maybe it will help?

The Doors dont open, even you cant beam out, also its impossible to beam to the ship.
They could atleast work faster and beam the stucked people out :P
i accepted the mission before S4 went live, so i wonder if that has anything to do with it? i can't drop and re-activate the mission either. Stuck

My problem too. Since he was new I just deleted him and started over. Still pretty PPP that this was let out to production.
