Hey there. I am having trouble finding the Gorn Wars in the community missions.

I have tried every manner of search and I am logged in with my Klingon character. Did you take them down?

Nope, I haven't taken them down. Since the Foundry has been back up I have edited and re-published Episode 1, and I'm in the middle of "remastering" Episode 2. If Episode 2 is down momentarily over the next couple of days, it might be because I'm updatng and re-publishing it.

Finding the missions should be easy.
Hail the KDF (bring up your missions) and click the "Available" tab. Click "Community Authored" on the left. From here you can search for "Gorn", "The Gorn", "Gorn War /s", "The Gorn War /s" and both of the missions should pop up in your search.

The Gorn Wars: Episode 1 of 12 (Mission ID# ST-HJYTDDUM8)
    (Level 16+)
The Gorn Wars: Episode 2 of 12 (Mission ID# ST-HTT29WPQS)
    (Level 16+)

Both of these are available for play now. As I said, I've re-published Episode 1 with fixed typos, more detailed maps, and stuff like that. (See Previous posts)
I plan on re-publishing Episode 2 sometime today of tomorrow. And then Next weekend (August 14th) I'll see about publishing some version -rough or final- of Episode 3.

Others have also been able to find it where I have not.

I suspect it may have to do with the rank of my Klingon faction character at only LT7 - it could be that one of your enemy npcs or something in the mission is too high ranked...I noticed a level indicator in the foundry on one of the projects I am working on - perhaps it has something to do with it.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I've edited my prev. posts to include that both missions are leve 16+.

Episode 3 will be a level 43+ mission. Sorry bout your bad luck gug :(
Episode 4 will be a level 16+ though.

Time for some updates! Let's play good news / bad news, shall we?

    The bad news is...
I'm kind of late on getting Episode 2 "remastered", and this is going to push back Episode 3 by about a week.
    The good news is
I went back over the mission and tried to get everything 100% right this time. Episode 2 is the best it's ever been, and playable now-
The Gorn Wars: Episode 2 of 12 (Mission ID ST-HTT29WPQS)
    (Levels 16+)

    The bad news is...
I have pulled Episode 1, because of an issue with the Gorn Embassy map. I was going back through Episode 1, updating some of the maps to coincide with the changes I had made in Episode 2, and noticed a disturbing review. Two of my reviewers claimed that while playing Episode 1, their game client crashed during a transition to the Gorn Embassy map. Upon further investigation, I found that every time i tried to click on that map (or any objective related to it) in the foundry editor, my client crashed. Bad news. So, I submitted a bug report, pulled the mission, and am currently looking into ways I can find a work-around and get the mission back up in playable condition ASAP.

    The good news is...
The system works! You guys submit feedback, I try my best to reply accordingly- and I hope you like the results. Episode 2 is live now, Episode 1 is experiencing technical difficulties (brb).
You guys are great, thanks for all your help! I'll keep you posted.

Seems this is thanks to the recent "patch"...

"Known Issue: If you preview a ground map in the foundry and then try to get back to the editor it may crash. "

Thanks for the head's up, mister_dee. since that's the case, and I've since read they're working on a solution, I'm just going to leave Episode 1 alone a while. Maybe (hopefully) things will work themselves out.

EDITED as of around 1:12 pm cst today, CS brought Foundry playability down
    The good news is
    They're working on it :)

Hey guys, if you haven't heard yet the Foundry is back up! Missions are playable again, and the editor is live :)

The good news is- The Gorn Wars are back too!
The Gorn Wars: Episode 1 of 12 (mission ID # ST-HJYTDDUM8) (Level 16+)
The Gorn Wars: Episode 2 of 12 (mission ID # ST-HTT29WPQS) (Level 16+)
Are both live and in playable condition again!

I had just re-edited and re-published Episodes 1 and 2 prior to the Foundry going back down, maybe some of you still haven't played them yet... or have to play the updated versions.
Q is here, and it's the perfect time to try them out. There are plenty of awesome Foundry missions out there, be sure to check them out.

And remember, if you come across a bug, report it! The foundry is very much still a worlk in progress, and we may not be out of the woods yet.
If you do run into a problematic mission this weekend, take it easy on the review-it may not necessarily be the author's fault, or he / she may not be aware of any issues yet.

Have a great weekend and Happy Hunting! Qapla'!

Finally had a chance to try these missions out now that hte foundry is up and running.

First let me thank you for filling in a gap in the Star Trek timeline.

I sent in my reviews and also looked at some of the others...I must say I am shocked at some of the extremely high reviews, and the extremely low ones too.

I will tell you the first thing that just bothers me to no end, though. Your too short!

With the new Gorn costumes now available you should be able to easily make your main gorn characters distinctive and well over two meters. The new Gorn models are badass indeed.

The ambassadors also keep referring to the Confederacy - who is the confederacy??? The Gorn confederacy?? I thought it was the Gorn hegemony.

Thank you for playing! I haven't been really surprised by the reviews. Well, yeah there have been a couple, but overall, not really. I kind of had the feeling, as I wrote the missions, that they would be "either love it or hate it" missions. And this has so far been the case, more or less.

There's a reason I left the main Gorn roles the "original Gorn" (OG's as I like to call them lol). This goes for Ambassador Morrn, Ambassador Zogozin, and King Slathis. More info on this in Episode 3.
The ambassadors also keep referring to the Confederacy - who is the confederacy??? The Gorn confederacy?? I thought it was the Gorn hegemony.

This is in referrence to the Gorn Confederacy. They also refer to the Gorn when saying "the Hegemony".

I see the the relation between the two to be -and correct me if I'm wrong- the Confederacy is the structure of the gevernment (similar a Republic, a Commonwealth, or an Empire) and the Hegemony is a ruling body of the goevernment (similar to Congress, or the Parliament, or a High Council).

It should be noted that the Breen also refer to their government structure as a "Confederacy" in the Featured Episode 'Cold Comfort'.

It's been a while since I did the first mission. It's a noble concept and I respect what you're doing. I'd really suggest brushing up on previously accepted canon however. The mention of the Confederacy is confusing, Starfleet uniforms are wrong and if I'm not mistaken there was mention of Gowron being Chancellor? Gowron died during the Dominion War. I was confused through much of my game play. :/

Thank you! To you and everyone else that hasn't played the missions in a while- please do!
While the foundry was down, I had a lot of time to think about what I would have changed, done differently, made more clear, etc.
Not too long after the Foundry came back online, I republished updated versions of both missions.

    The Gorn Wars: Episode 1 of 12 ( Mission ID# ST-HJYTDDUM8) (Levels 16+)
    The Gorn Wars: Episode 2 of 12 ( Mission ID#ST-HTT29WPQS ) (Levels 16+)

I've taken a lot of what you guys have said here and in the reviews into consideration, hopefully the missions play better than ever!
I have yet to (and I'm blaming this on Q weekend) re-publish updated youtube walk-throughs, but they're in the works. And so is Episode 3!

    Foundry Mission #3

Part #1 UFP / KDF / Gorn Conference on Cestus 3
1.1-Incoming transmission, meet with Chancellor Martok and escort him to the talks
-go to Kahless Expanse, pick up the Chancellor
-new mission objectives, proceed to Cestus III
    1.2-Arrival at Cestus III
-beam down and report to the Chancellor
-at Cestus III, there are a number of NPC contacts that have optional dialogue, not pertaining to the mission, but more or less advancing sub-plots in the storyline. They are as follows:
-Talvath Senator Dathinia, Ferengi Emissary Yvonne Yvette, Ambassador S’taass, Alexander Rozhenko, B’Vat Arbiter of Succession, Worf, Federation President Aennik Okeg, and Captain Zachary MacAllister.

Captain MacAllister is of note, as he plays a big role in a later Episode. Not only is he a Liberated Borg, but he is also a Joined Trill. He discloses to you that he was been working in tandem with the Federation fugitive Amar Singh, and knows of Ambassador Morrn. Apparently, Amar Singh has MacAllister convinced that their research is integral to preventing the Undine from infiltrating Trill society, as MacAllister’s unique condition (liberated drone as well as Joined Trill) provides for a genetic make-up that the Undine have yet to be able to copycat. So MacAllister desperately wants to continue their research, so that Implants can be fashioned for members of his species that aid in making them “immune” to the Undine doppelgangers. MacAllister’s motives for this are related to his previous assimilation by the Borg, if a little misguided, however he turns out to be almost fanatical in his convictions that it is the only course of action against an Undine infiltration of Trill society.

    -Report to Chancellor Martok
-Chancellor Martok informs you they are only waiting on King Slathis to begin the conference, and you are to go summon him.
    -Report to King Slathis
-Ambassador S’taass interjects and tells you that Ambassador Morrn is suspected of planning to assassinate Zogozin to get closer to the King, and further his agenda of peace. S’taass is now in Zogozin’s position, and takes a similar view towards war as the late Ambassador Zogozin (S’taass is pro-war). However, he lets it slip that part of the terms of the Hegemony attending the conference was Morrn’s release into Federation custody, so that he would be questioned as to the whereabouts of Amar Singh. S’taass also tells you that the Gorn have launched a surprise attack at Ogat, even as they attend the Conference. You decide to report this to the Chancellor.
-Report to Chancellor Martok and inform him of the Gorn attack
-new mission objective, travel to Ogat and defend the planet

Part #2 Gorn Attack on Ogat
2.1 -Arrival at Ogat.Upon arrival at Ogat, you rendezvous with Captain Klor, who informs you not only are the Gorn attacking, but they have drawn the Nausicaans to their cause as weel
    -Engage the Nausicaans
    -Engage the Gorn
    - After clearing out the Gorn and Nausicaan defenses, you proceed to the far side of the planet where the Gorn have established a foothold at an orbiting space station and are using it to beam forces down to the planet. However, all the conflict has drawn the attention of the Undine, and you must eliminate the Undine ships as well. As the Undine have begun beaming to the surface, you follow them to stop them.
    2.2-Ogat Ground battle
-as you beam in you are contacted by Captain Klor, who tells you that Ja’rod has been separated from the attack force, and that Ja’rod is unaware of the Undine threat. It is your task to find and aid Ja’rod.
    -defeat Nausicaans
    -defeat Gorn
-make your way to the Klingon settlement where scanners indicate Ja’rod is being held captive by the Undine, and free him

Part #3 Federation Intervention at Ogat
3.1-As you beam back to your ship, you receive a distress call from a Federation vessel, the U.S.S Montana. The Montana had warped into the situation expecting to propose a truce, instead, they were fired upon by Klingon vessels. While you are at first reluctant to respond, the Captain of the Montana lets slip that they were also transporting Gorn Ambassador Morrn into Federation space for questioning. This is when you decide to aid them, and find and free Morrn.
    3.2-USS Montana requires assistance
-as you make your way to the Montana, they stop responding to your hails. Scans indicate very few life signs aboard, those that do register on sensors are weak, and a Gorn is among them. You beam over to the Montana, given the side-option of assisting the injured Federation crew or putting them out of their misery. Make your way to the Crew deck, and remove Morrn from the brig.

It is at this point, that the Ambassador’s life is in your hands, and you demand answers as to his motives. Wanting peace with the Federation, his ties with Singh, etc. However, he falls unconscious before he can divulge any information to you, and for the sake of getting those answers, you beam him aboard your ship and provide him medical assistance.

    Part#4 The Cardassian Connection
    4.1 Beam back to Ship
-After you beam back to the ship, you are approached by Captain Wenn of the U.S.S. April, who has been sent to investigate the U.S.S. Montana. She questions you as to why you were aboard the Montana, and also about the whereabouts of Ambassador Morrn. You deny everything. Captain Wenn suggests that while she continues her search for Morrn and provides assistance to the Montana, you help her with her mission, that has been interrupted by this turn of events. She requests you escort Ferengi Emissary Yvonne Yvette to a Cardassian Mine on Septimus, where she is to inspect the mine before signing a contract with the Cardassians to export kelindide and uridium. In order to escape with Ambassador Morrn before she realizes he is onboard your ship, you begrudgingly accept.

4.2 Go to Cardassian Mine on Septimus
-beam down, investigate (persons of interest- Gul Madred, who runs the mine and assures you his operations are ‘on the level’
-investigation of the mine includes scanning mining equipment to make sure it is not dangerous to the workers, and talking to the workers to make sure they are being treated fairly.
-upon the investigation’s completion, Yvonne requests that you take her to Deep Space Nine so that she may meet with her trade partners and file a report, and to deliver a sample of the kelindide and uridium to them for inspection.

    Part#5 The Ferengi Connection
5.1-Go to DS9 system, and transport Yvonne to the station.
-during the time Yvonne is discussing the deal with her brokers, Morrn wakes up. You question him as to his motives, and in his weakened state, he complies. Morrn divulges to you that he and Amar Singh have been working together to create a race of ‘super-Gorn’ (the new Gorn that were introduced with season 4) to be cannon fodder in the war against the Klingons. This is why Ambassador Zogozin, Morrn, and King Slathis all appear smaller in size than the other Gorn.
-Before Morrn can tell you any more, you are interrupted by Yvonne who has completed her talks and inspections of the Cardassian goods, and she requests that you deliver a sample to the Remans. The Ferengi have decided to not only help the Romulans re-build their capital by brokering supplies from the Cardassians, but also that they aim to help the Remans establish more mining operations in their new home system. Morrn suggests you do so, as part of what he was explaining to you has to deal with the Reman expansion effort.

    Part#6 The Romulan Connection
6.1-Warp Reman space, contact the Reman representative (Obisek)
-transport the samples of the Cardassian goods for Reman inspection
-during this time, Ambassador Morrn begins to question Obisek. Apparently, the Romulans have made an agreement with the Remans and Amar Singh (first alluded to at the end of Episode 2) to provide the Remans with these super-Gorn to work the Reman mines in place of the Remans who are as of yet a small population spread relatively thin. Obisek begrudgingly acknowledges that Xiomek has accepted this deal, while Obisek considers it dishonorable, Xiomek is trying to lobby for more Reman civil rights under the newly-forming Romulan government and feels that if he makes the Remans war efforts more substantial, he can attain those rights.
    6.2-the Mine
-you beam down to the mine to free the super-Gorn slaves, and fight the Remans as you do so. While you are planet side, Ambassador Morrn manages to escape off the ship and you are unable to find him.

11-Reman Mines (Bajor Firecaves Interior)*Change to Boreth Interior

    Foundry Mission #4
Part #1 The Rise of a New KDF Chancellor
    1.1-Icoming Transmission-the Chancellor requires your assistance @Qo’noS
-The Chancellor has grown tired of J’mpok’s insults, jibes, and threats, and plans to restore honor to his house by dealing with J’mpok. You are to return to Qo’noS through the Kahless expanse (for the usual reason) and bring J’mpok before the Chancellor (basically arresting J’mpok)
-As you warp into Qo’noS space, J’mpok hails you and makes it clear that he will not go without a fight. You are then hailed by Captain Klor who assures you that he is preventing J’mpok from escaping, and you are to deal with the ships who have come to aid J’mpok as they are loyal to his house and support his efforts to begin the war sooner than the Chancellor wishes.

    1.2-Meeting with the Chancellor
-After you destroy the ships of those loyal to J’mpok and arrest him, you beam down to the planet and escort him to the Martok. Martok then sends you to seize all property belonging to the house of J’mpok.
-Transfer to another map, and seize the property. There you encounter Klingons loyal to J’mpok, and must defeat them as they guard the properties belonging to J’mpok’s House.

Part#2 Fighting on the streets of Qo’noS
2.1 -Incoming-fighting in the streets of Qo’noS! Return and put down J’mpok’s followers
-return to Great Hall Exterior map
-settle disputes between those loyal to Martok and those who support J’mpok. This is done through glorious battle. Shortly after doing so, Martok calls on you to bring J’mpok before him so that he may speak with him in person.
    2.2- Escort J’mpok to Martok’s chambers
-go find J’mpok, who is being held in the Great Hall Interior map and escort him to Martok

Part #3 Death of the Chancellor
J’mpok’s cell would have been located across the hall from the Chancellors office, near the ‘throne’ in the highest point in the Great Hall interior map (where you first zoned in to report to Chancellor Martok in Episode 1). After you speak to the Chancellor, there is a map transition, and when the loading screen clears, you’d still be in the same map, but now J’mpok stands before you, victorious over the Chancellor. J’mpok claims Martok’s former title, and sends you to fetch Martok’s son Drex to come take away his father’s body.
3.1 Go find Martok’s son, tell him to get his dad’s Body
-Drex would be found in the warrior’s hall. Drex is overcome with rage, and expresses his intent to take his father’s title as Chancellor and have J’mpok arrested for murder. You and Drex speak with B’Vat, Arbiter of Succession (also to be found in the warrior’s hall) who flat-out rejects his request. Infuriated, Drex decides to challenge J’mpok, and you are to report to him and tell him of Drex’s challenge

    3.2 Report to the J’mpok
    - return to J’mpok, near the Chancellor’s office, and announce Drex’s challenge
-escort J’mpok to the Warrior’s Hall and witness the duel, and Drex’s defeat. J’mpok’s first order is that the Ambassador to Qo’noS, Work, be expelled from Qo’noS, and as you return Worf to Federation space.

    Part#4 The Orion Connection
4.1 Escort Worf back to ESD
-go get Worf (located in the Great Hall interior map), beam to your ship, and warp out to the KDF/Federation border
-rendezvous with Data on the border and transport Worf aboard the Enterprise
-defend against an ambush set by J’mpok’s followers
    4.2-New Transmission -escort Orion Ambassador
The next move by J’mpok is to ally the Empire with the Orion syndicate. J’mpok believes the Orions have information on both the Romulan and Gorn defenses, and with such knowledge, J’mpok will know where and when to strike to be as efficient at maintaining a war on 2 fronts as he can.
-go pick up Melani Di’an (this is a simple map transfer, approach an Orion ship, beam her aboard, and leave the system)
-go to Ter’Jas Mor, where J’mpok is waiting to meet with Melani. Witness the negotiations, which include the Orions obtaining a new world in KDF space to settle. As a gift to celebrate their new alliance, Melani sends 1,500 Orion women to be servants in the Great Houses on Qo'noS. You are to escort them from Ter’Jas Mor to Qo’noS.

    Part#5 Challenge of Spirit
5.1- Escort the Orions to Qo’noS
-got to Qo’noS, beam down, and meet with B’Vat who welcomes the Orions
-In the Great Hall, you run into Rozhenko, who has resigned as an ambassador, and plans to journey to Boreth to undergo the Challenge of Spirit
5.2 Rozhenko asks that you escort him there, and also Kahless, who has heard troubling rumors coming from Boreth. Find Kahless in the Great Hall, and beam him and Rozhenko back to your ship

    Part#6 Boreth
6.1 Upon entering Boreth space, you encounter the Fel’khiri and must destroy
6.2 Once at Boreth, you encounter more Fel’khiri , as well as Devidians (whom the troubling reports were referring to) and have to defeat both enemy groups with Kahless and Rozhenko

    The Underlying theme

-Ambassador Morrn has been in cahoots with Federation Fugitive Amar Singh to develop a Super-Gorn that will better defend against a Klingon ground-invasion.

In Episode 2, we also learn that he is in cahoots with the Romulan (Admiral Taris)

In Episode 3, we learn that he has delivered the Super-Gorn to the Remans, instead of Admiral Taris. Why, we find out later. USS Lindberg, USS April, USS Montana. Had Morrn en route to the Federation for questioning, but you were able to beam the Ambassador aboard.
Bring in Obisek as a main Character in 3, Obisek is Morrn’ Romulan (Reman) contact. Obisek knows that now is not the time for revolt. He tells you of the Remans using the augmented Gorn.

Move the Gorn mines to Episode 3 so that I can more fully develop Rozhenko’s trials in 4
No Gorn storyline stuff in 4

Episode 5 we reunite w/Wenn, USS Kelso’s cloak
    Bring back McAlister

No Gorn plot in 5, or 6

7 you pick up Morrn, and Singh, and transport them to Fluidic Space

8 Return of McAlister, he comes back with Morrn, who is on the run from Klingon “police”

Eventually (Episode 9) we find out that Amar Singh also received, from the Remans, some red matter.
In 8, McAlister informs you that Amar Singh is in Undine space. Add a Ground map of the “City on the
Edge of forever” cuz Amar Sing goes back in time to steal the Genesis Torpedo and Mind Meld with Spock

In 9, when Klingons invade the Gorn Homeworld, BMM is taken into custody to be questioned about his relationship to Amar Singh and the Undine.
Morrn admits that Singh was on a mission to retrieve the Genesis device for him from the Federation’s recent past. In exchange for the Genesis device, which Morrn would use to creat planets to ‘farm’ Super-Gorn, Morrn would give him information regarding his ‘ancestor’s untimely demise at the hands of the infamous Federation outlaw James T. Kirk. Morrn would also help Singh evade capture from Federation and Klingon forces.
When Singh and Morrn beamed down to the Guardian of Forever, they were met with resistance from the Undine. The good doctored administered nanoprobes to the ambassador, that began augmenting his physical state during the battle. Maddened and enraged by the sudden change to his physiology, the ambassador tore a path of destruction, destroying the Undine, while Singh escaped to the past through the Guardian.
Morrn does not know if Singh has since returned through the portal with the Genesis torpedo.
Morrn does acknowledge, that Singh has also acquired Red Matter through his dealings with the Remans. Later on it is revealed that Taris gave the Remans the Red Matter in exchange for their support in her rise to becoming Praetor. Singh did not, however, give the red matter to Spock.
    No BMM Until Episode 12
Singh’s true motive throughout all this was to use the Guardian in Undine space to Mind meld with Spock, shortly before Spock’s first death, so that he might now the location of Kirk when he entered the Nexus. Singh thought that by igniting the red matter inside the Nexxus he could eliminate Kirk from history across all alternate timelines, the reason you must stop him is that this actually leads to the KDF and the UFP being at constant war throughout multiple timelines.

    Episode 12

    1-Call from Daniels
1.1- Get a call from the BO, Breakfast is ready
1.2-Talk With “Daniels” of the KDF side
    2. Daniels Explains, that, Amar Singh made a deal with the Undine. They knew of a gateway, and he got their people into the KDF and Gorn hegemony in exchange for access to the Gateway.

Once Singh entered the gateway, he went back in time to the Battle of the Mutara Nebula. At first, they thought Singh had gone to destroy Kirk and avenge his elder, Khan Singh. They were wrong, instead Singh mind-melded with Captain Spock and stole the Genesis Torpedo.

Amar Singh made a deal with the Romulans, that in exchange for the Genesis Torpedo they would deliver to him some trilithium. When Singh returned from the CotEoF map, he delivered the Genesis torpedo to Taris, that’s how she became Praetor. But Sela was wiser, and knew that Taris had been abducted and an Undine replaced her. All along, the Undine had been letting Singh do their dirty work so that they could infiltrate the New Romulan Empire.

Now, Amar Singh plans to destroy (Some planet) using the Trilithium torpedo and blast himself into the nebula, so that he may detonate the red matter inside of it. This would cause an end to all timelines, at worst. Now it is up to the player to stop Amar Singh’s evil plan

Unfortunately, the only person at this time with any knowledge of Amar Singh’s whereabouts is BMM, and you’ll have to get him and free him from Rurha Penthe.

    2-Go to Rurha Penthe-
Fight through Undine ships @ Rhura Penthe
    Beam down
    2.2-Fight Undine inside RP
    Beam up w/Morrn

    3-Go to the research station
    Beam down
    FAIL
    4. Wake up on Gateway mission, go back in time
    5. Mutara Nebula / success and failure
    6. There’s still an Undine in Romulan government…

I started following STO in ‘08, what got me hooked on the idea of the game was the video of Jack Emmert announcing it in Vegas with Nimoy. You know the one.

When I first started playing STO in OB, I didn’t really feel any emotional attatchment to the storyline. Seeing as how the KDF was a ‘PvP’ centric faction, I went there looking for fun.

I was immediately hooked. I can do the grind, it’s an easy grind, but the best part of the game for me was the PvP. Still is. I pugged a lot, but still had fun, win or lose. Still do.

I quit after my first month ran out, hoping to come back once the game got better. I came back shortly before Season 2, joined the Ground PvP Fleet CHC, and proceeded to have the best time in my MMO career, as it were. I used my photo bucket and my you tube to share my fleets successes, and for a time, all was good.

Keep in mind when I first came to the game, I wasn’t necessarily a ‘Trekker’. I love sci-fi and fantasy, my first love was Star Wars and I admit maybe that’s why I had so much fun PvP’ing as KDF. But the aesthetics of the Empire are what drew me in (even in it‘s shape pre-and post-launch), along with the Path to 2409 timeline. I love a good story. Who doesn’t?

But real life changes occurred, I moved cities, changed jobs, had to unsubscribe for a while. When I returned to STO, my Fleet had left. I was sad. In an attempt to get more people to play KDF, and maybe one day get the Fleet going again, I took up creating Foundry missions. After about a month of learning the tools, writing the story arcs, I was ready to rock.

Keep in mind, I come from a PvP fleet. I’m not even really interested in the PvE, like I said, it just doesn’t evoke an emotional response in me. So I aimed my missions at doing just that.

I have been through a lot as a Gorn KDF PvP’er. I watched the opportunity to take my collar off (the ONLY change I EVER wanted to my costume) go out the window. I’ve seen FvK Ground PvP die. I’ve had my Fleet leave and not come back, even after the changes to Ground combat.

Through all this I remained dedicated to providing a story that covered the history of STO, immersed the player in that storyline, even though personally feeling it was Cryptics responsibility.

I tried. I really did. Can’t do it anymore. Sorry if I let you down. So, for the sake of posterity, anyone who wants to continue the series, (even Kestrel) feel free to open a dialogue with me and I can email you my thoughts/ ideas for the rest of the series. Bran_Mak_Morrn@yahoo.com

As they are now, they’re skeletons roughly laying out the story progression, I had intended to flesh them out as I continued to create them in the Foundry. I apologize for their ‘incompleteness’ as posted here.

I never meant to push anyone away from the game, or make anyone feel upset. All I wanted was my fellow players to see the game from my perspective, and bring more players to the KDF. I’m sorry If what I’ve said or done has in result been contrary to my intentions.

Do I contradict myself? Then I contradict myself, I am large, I contain multitudes.

    Shade and sweet water, BMM
