Energy Drain questions

Do the energy siphon pets from the carrier just drain, or transfer to your carrier?

For that matter which siphons do transfer power to yourself? Nausican siege mode, energy siphon sci power, breen set bonus?

    The siphon pods just lower you tagets energy levels. As far as giving you power as well I think its limited to energy siphon sci powers, breen set bonus (which act identically to energy siphon I down to the global cooldown), and the assimlated tractor beam from the full Borg set.
