Enhanced Plasma Manifold Console for Klingons?

Is there anyway I can get may hands on one of these? I herd its bind on pickup for the Feds, so is there away?

    No, there is no way for KDF pilots to get ahold of this. I remember the only thing other than bridge packs, the season 2 and 3 ships, and the pet targ; the only other thing that was given to Klingons of value would be the melee pack, which only included another bat'leth which was only different artwork for something that is not as good as a craftable blade....

    If they would place a way for us to get a KDF equivalent to some of those things the feds get as consoles, it would make things a bit more interesting to play on the KDF side...but then again...I don not think that is Cryptic's complete goal currently.

    The amount to transferable gear etc that is Fed-only has never sat well with me. And Klingon ships get stuck with broken features and abilities restricted to ship type.

    Cryptic should create a game unique Tier 1 Science ship with stats similar to the Oberth, and have this item as part of it. It doesn't have to be fancy or anything. Just useful.

    This... Even if it is just a miniaturized Raptor or Battle cruiser.

    It might certainly help for those who like to tank...It does have some small uses for toons that tank...or so I have noticed on Tribble...I have not purchased it myself....
