Feature Episode Reruns coming in May!

Wanted to post a quick heads up for many of you who have been asking when we'll be re-running Feature Episode rewards.

Coming each week in May, you'll be able to rerun the Feature Episodes and earn the original limited-time rewards. In addition, during each week's run, you'll be able to earn Marks and Emblems for rerunning these episodes. You may also find a few hidden surprises.

Then at the end of the month, we'll be releasing the remastered Doomsday episode with a slightly different story and new reward.

So if you missed the Breen Bridge Officer, the Devidian Staff, or the Reman Officer the first time around, May will be your chance to pick them up! If you already have your limited time rewards, you'll have a chance to earn Emblems as well as a few new surprises.

    Very cool! I look forward to it.

    Particularly the Devidian series (Cane FTW), the Fighters also mentioned in the calendar & the new remastered episodes.

    Ohhhh I COMPLETELY missed the Breen BOFF, was that during the Breen FEs? Must have been when I was away at Basic. I have the staff and Reman BOFF though.

    What does the Devidian staff DO exactly? I use it, but I'm not sure what it is I'm doing to the enemies?

    It is great news. I only returned to the game 2 months ago and didn't get to play for the special rewards... Now I can :D

    Awesome, looking forward to this. Also looking forward to the start of Series 4, with no more than 2 weeks between series from then on :)

    Oh gods yes.

    I'd love to get my hands on that TOS Rifle again.

    Question, though. Will the "new surprises" be non-leveling gear, or will it level with us? (assuming it is gear)

    Of course not. The Featured Series have been available to Klingons since they started them. Why would they suddenly limit the reruns to Fed only?

    Will the "Scaling" TOS Ground Weapons be offered during the re-run, instead of the currently nerfed version that only gives you one of the weapons and is Level locked?

    That mission is not exactly the easiest thing in the world to grind out again and again to outfit one's Landing Party.

    A few quick questions, dstahl.

    How will this work? Will we pick up the missions from the Replay console in our Ready Room or will we be getting them from contacts and doing them as a series one at a time again? And if we get it from our Ready Room, can characters that have already played through just do the last mission for the Special reward?

    Just curious.

    only if you donate your breen to the undine infiltration program :O

    my guese would be we get a new mission tab from whoever hands them out.

    FYI, you can get the type 3 phaser rifle any time by replaying 'Night of the Comet'. The limited time reward for the Devidian series is the Cane.

    I think he was asking if it will be the Infinite Level (grandfathered) version, instead of the level bound piece we get now.

    That's how I read it as well. Sadly, however, I suspect the answer to this will be no. (Would be wonderful if it was yes though.)

    Basically, it holds nearby enemies, damages them, heals you, boosts your damage resistance and makes you susceptible to proton damage, though this won't be much of a concern in most PvE environments.

    Also, the damage and healing is amplified if you use it inside of a Triolic pattern enhancer.

    Normally it does this:
    Maintain (4 Max)
    Targets Foe (5 Max)
    4.57 meter Range; 7.6 meter Sphere
    0.5 sec activate
    3 min recharge
    to target: 30 Psionic Damage (0.33 DPS)
    to self: +30 Hit Points
    to self: +44 All Damage resistance
    to self: -400 Proton resistance
    to target: Hold

    If you use it inside of a triolic pattern enhancer, it does this:

    I still see that question as secondary to the excitement of being able to get the rifle again in that post. /shrug
