From a Klingon PvP perspective...are their any thoughts regarding the new Federation "multi-vector assault" vessel? Is it just a cool gimmick with no real application or threat in PvP? Is it a floating piece of junk? Or is it a viable threat in PvP? Are these ships popping up in PvP, and if so, how effective are they, really?
Just looking for a Klingon perspective...of course, the only correct answer might be: What, a ship that breaks into many parts BEFORE I ravage it with my disruptors???!!! Pfath!
I did because it is called the "Federation Multi-Vector Advanced Escort" in the C Store.
Ah, okay.
Thanks for clearing that up.
I never checked what it was called there.
I guess they had to call it something.
Reminds me of TTRT: "Target Token Rotation Time".:)
I'll add MVAE as another acronym to my list.
Well, the console...whatever its called doesn't seem to me to make that much of a difference in PVP...In PVE it can assist you in some scenarios but I just come out of cloak and target the player vessel, and usually with the added ships in the area, it usually takes them a bit longer to target me, but they typically go down in the same time as a usual escort, or a little bit faster....but then again, that's my experience.

That should sum it up, but I thought the OP might want the whole discussion to get a clearer picture instead.
Since they don't have it for the KDF I did not know the module's name so used the CS name. Cut and paste is my friend so i updated the title with both.
They need to be treated as an escort or a weak sci ship and have a healer backing them up. But if I was a healer I would be taking care of my escorts first.

p.s. I have no idea why the creator of that thread called the "MVAM" "MVAE" but I can understand that this makes it difficult to search for it.
