Empire Defense Missions don't reset

With two different KDF characters, I have noticed that the Empire Defense missions do not reset, making it impossible to complete them. :mad:
Empire Defense against the Federation stops working properly at the ranks of Commander.
Defense against the Romulans stops working at Captian.
Defense against the Cardassian Ture Way stops at Brigader General.
Please sound off. I would like to see this fix as soon as possilbe.
