Ground: No Romulan Captain 01 - 03 Group

Every race has got the exact same build of enemy group formations, except the Romulans. They don't have any Captain spawns.

Could those be added in an update some time? :)

    Hmm, I thought it was intended by the developers to have every race to be the same, so I assumed it's a bug. Thanks for the reply. :)
