Open Sector Patrols for Klingons

I am a Klingon at heart, and have not played my Federation character since launch up until now. I realized that during my sector patrols on the Federation side other random players were able to just warp in and help out during the mission.

I have felt that the whole Klingon gameplay experience has been very single player, even the new Klingon patrol missions in PiCanis, nobody can join in the fight unless you already have a premade group . Having open sector patrol missions in Klingon space would go along way to building a better KDF community.

Also it seems that if you have a mission or not, most any system you travel to in Federation space has something you can do, either a mission or location to visit. On KDF most every planet pulls up the PVP Que system which makes traveling to most of the worlds in Klingon space rather pointless considering the PVP Que system is in a tab beside our minimap. The systems within the borders of the Klingon Empire need more purpose.

If this has been brought up before I apologize, however having only been exposed to Klingon content I had nothing to compare my experience with until now.

personally im still at a lose why we as a playerbase are locked out of so much of the game. we are forced to pve solo and only group for pvp, top end that makes us insanly good pvp'ers and pve'ers as we have been forced to do things the hard way unless we activly choose to hunt down a group and on the kdf side that aint such an easy task for pugs.

Agreed ... We can scan for the enemy fleets and face off against them currently, but solo.

I would appreciate Patrols again the Feds, Roms and the ancient enemy from the season 2 missions.

Compared to Fed content the Klink content is a wasteland. My first alt character is a Klingon, that just made Captain. Since I started the Klingon, I've leveled up a Caitian, and am almost finished with another Fed toon. It is just painful in comparison on the Klink side.

Well when Cryptic only has one man, Gozer, working on KDF content it is truly a miracle we have as much content as we do. I have never played fed side beyond the lowest rank I had to be to re roll a Klingon. I believe people should be able to roll KDF from the start.

I have no desire to play federation, however because of the lack of KDF content since launch it leaves most people no choice but to roll Fed and play the game as Starfleet. That really hurts KDF full timers that have nobody to group with because everybody in their fleet has either quit from lack of content, or is back playing Fed.

The KDF PVE content we have is amazing, the plot and scripts for NPCs, the environments and challenges faced by the player. Not knowing what Cryptic's expected play through time is on KDF PVE, I can honestly say within a matter of hours I could replay and complete all PVE related missions. There is simply just not enough.

Coming from games like World of Warcraft, and old school Earth and Beyond there was an equal amount of content per faction at launch that would take a long time to play through. I simply feel a little let down, and as much as I love Star Trek and this game, I still find myself grappling with reasons to continue playing.
