Bitter is good! I can't wait to hit up Second Cup on the way to my client this afternoon. Second Cup is like Starbucks, but a lot better! They also use real ingredients and not that fake TRIBBLE you get at Starbucks.

That is a nice looking shed! Some folks from the MystiCon convention had their own TARDIS they made as well. Sadly, it was a little remote for us to go and visit but lots of others got to enjoy it.
Mysticon was a lot of fun. Town buses limiting how long I could stay in, not so much. Bus back to campus. Why you no run on Sundays?
You could have opted for the $80 cab ride. Then again, there were some odd cabbies in that city.
Things like this make me begin to think Uber is a good idea. Why is public transport in this country so terrible? ((
Uber is worse! With countless reports of people being TRIBBLE by Uber drivers or just having some insanely creepy experiences is more than enough to stay away from a completely unregulated service. Cheaper isn't always better.
The Columbus Day and Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend is the second weekend of October! Hallowe'en is definitely something to look forward to as well. October, fall colors, a long weekend, and lots of candy can sure make for a great month!

Wait.... we have public transportation that's not a yellow bus? So long living where that is the only form of public transit makes you get caught off guard by any form of public transit system.
Out of all of the places I have been, which happens to be quite a lot. London, England has the best transit in just about every aspect I can think of. Yes, it's super busy and not perfect by any means, but they definitely know how to move people efficiently and effectively.
