updates and your builds

I heard that we loose are builds when the game gets updated. Will that be true when the Foundry is on Holodeck. Also do we loose everything, as in maps and characters. If so is there anyway of backing these up?

    From what I've heard from numerous people, a full scale wipe of everything on the Tribble Foundry will happen once Foundry is ported to the Holodeck. Not much we can do about it. They are two seperate servers and porting content over is tiresome and difficult. As far as I know, there have been no attempts to look into backups or anything else. Cryptic is just going to wipe everything and let people start making missions on Holodeck that will then stay permanently.

    Tribble is a testing shard, so while I would rather not see all my hard work go away, in the grand scheme of things, anything on Tribble is meant to be temporary. It's where the bugs are worked out.
