What abouit dolphins? (hey, many a Star Trek novel included Dolphin officers - although I realize that might be beyond Cryptic's IP licensing terms; if it is - disregard.)
I'd be happy if my Orion Captain was able to get the "Syndicate Boss" title... but for some reasons that is only given as a reward for killing orions... and thus limited to fed captains...

Cool. I have to know though. Am I the only Lethian player in the game? I have never seen any others. It's lonely.
There's 1 in my fleet if I remember correctly....dunno why Letheans are so rarely played though....could be the race traits.
They have good traits. (not that traits are ever really good enough to actually make them the basis for picking a race to play) I mean they can exploit with their mind.

see I would play my klingons more often but the clothing is so ugly. honestly. well that and I would like missions for them, Im not a fan of pvp in this game.

Well, what I did was to make my KDF toons have the TOS movie uniforms as much as possible...what I do want to see are the fingerless gloves, the Klaa hair, the pimp vest Klaa wore, among other things...I would be loving to pay CP/AT whatever for them...just put them in-game...lol.
hehe true, but I want more options for the orion, I like the cool head gear and shoulder spikes but to wear them my toon has to be near naked to wear them...and whats with the shoe options? I mean honestly I can wear sandles or these massive spiked boots with wings!....I mean I know Im a playing a klingon and Im not asking for cowboy boots but how about something klingon like thats not a over the top...or spiked.

It seems that Cetacean Ops was potentially going to make an appearance in Perpetual Entertainment's Star Trek Online..

You could easily retcon the idea of the "Cetacean Ops" as being for the aquatic Xindi, who may have joined the Federation by the 24th century.
