New to Klingon

Greetings warriors!

I started playing a Liberated Borg Klingon.

Couple things I need cleared up.

1. Do Klingon Liberated Borgs get the Neural Blast? Because mine does not have it.
2. I have noticed that Klingons get some of the same quests as Federation, but at different ranks. Which means, the loot items are weaker. Like the Breen torpedo? Does this change if the quest is redone again at higher rank?
3. Any suggestions for leveling? I want to enjoy my game time, but so far it seems I am doing mainly repeat missions-areas compared to more questing that is on the Fed side. Suggestions?

    1. Do Klingon Liberated Borgs get the Neural Blast? Because mine does not have it.
    You have to select that as a Ground Trait while creating the Borg character.
    2. I have noticed that Klingons get some of the same quests as Federation, but at different ranks. Which means, the loot items are weaker. Like the Breen torpedo? Does this change if the quest is redone again at higher rank?
    No they are not, they level with you.

    Also new to Klings, was wondering when the fudge do we get story missions or all of the missions avail are just pvp based type missions!? and LC5 btw, been just farming Deferi missions just to lvl ¬.¬ and that's very tedious

    Klingons do have story missions of their own since Season 2, but not as extensively as the Feds. In-game, Chancellor J'mpok give players story missions exculsive to Klingons periodically after reaching certain levels. Also, Klingon players will also enjoy exploring Star Clusters within the Omega Leonis Sector Block.

    As of Season 3, the Klingons has gained access to the Pi Canis Sector Block to undertake special missions to raid Federation outposts and starships for supplies to accomodate crafting at The Great Hall of Qo'noS!

    We got 8 Story missions (ok, they have a good quality) plus the weeklies to do. The rest is Exploration, Empiere Defense and PvP

    On this note I think some clarification needs to be made. There are two kinds of "episodic" content in this game, the faction specific kind, like the Klingon Fek'lhri episodes, and then there is the faction agnostic content like the Breen, Devidian and Romulan Featured episodes. The Featured episodes can basically be done at any level(for some reason the Breen series required lvl 10 not 6 like the Devidian and Romulan ones). The special rewards from these series will level with your character they are denoted by either having an infinity symbol were the usual mark I-XI would be or they have no symbol there at all. Anything that has a mark I-XI will not rank with you, but is also not a special series reward and can be earned in other ways or missions.
