A couple questions

Howdy, I just started a KDF char and I really like it, actually have one tac at commander 3 and a eng at Lt. Commander 8.
I have a few questions and was striking out in search...
Do you get further access to fed space as you level up? I tried the vault on my Commander and I couldn't get to the mission map because it says space access denied.....

I have a maxed out Fed char but I quit for a few months and feel like I'm out of the loop, if anybody has a KDF starter guide link I would sure appreciate it, or just some simple words of advice for a Brave, not too bright, KDF member...Thanks !!!!

    You can fly to Romulan space over Pi Canis to do the Vault.
