So, today was the day... but no patch!

Disappointed face.

Was so much looking forward to branching dialogue and the other improvements that were tentatively scheduled for today. Tentatively is the operative word, I know, but it was a bit like the countdown to Christmas waiting for so many lovely gifts.

Anyway, I'm bursting with story that's just waiting for branching dialogue.

Hope it's soon, devs.... *hint*

    Today isn't over, but I'm betting it was pushed back. You know it's only mid-day at Cryptic-land right now? Who's to say you won't get some patch maintenance at 3am just before the weekend?

    Doesn't tribble maintenance usually happen later in the day anyway? Like around 5-6pm PST

    usually yes.

    as others have said today is not over, and the dates they give are always tentative. dont be shocked if we dont see anything today.

    The build containing cut+paste, branching dialogue, triggers, and custom backdrops is being tested by the devs.

    If it were ready for being pushed to tribble, it would be posted.

    Who wanted custom backdrops, I wanna dropkick them in the throat. I'd rather have custom interiors...

    Feb 14 is the new patch. The devs just wrote in confirming.

    Unfortunatly it will take down the Foundry for a week or so.

    Our missiosn will not be lost or deleted in this build, thankfully...

    They're sexier than you give them credit.

    It's the triggers and branch dialogue that are the challenging bits of tech.

    Yeah so basically Foundary will have the new stuff hopefully Feb 21.

    I dare ask: anyone know if more customization options are coming with the next big patch? You know, like height & weight options for the npcs? Simple stuff like that?
