Attack on the Wandering Starbase

The Federation mission “Attack on the Wandering Starbase” is now live on Tribble. Featuring the titular ‘Wandering Starbase’, a unique station that is towed through space by an asteroid field. A huge reactor over half a mile high powers tractor beams that allow the Starbase to fly alongside the asteroids.

You have been asked to drop by as part of a routine patrol, however events are afoot that put the Starbase and your ship in danger.
Featuring a unique (and huge) Starbase and an Engineering deck built from scratch, you’ll be facing enemy ships, ground combat and a bit of Starbase DIY while trying to unravel what exactly is going on.

Mission wise, I love the story. Also, love what you did for Main Engineering.

However, there was a just a tad bit too much combat for my tastes. Especially in Main Engineering. Spawning 3 Captain level mobs right on top of the player, all at the same time, is not a good idea, IMO. If you want to keep all those mobs, space them out just a little bit, and maybe add in another objective or two, in-between fights.

All in all, a very good mission.

Thanks, although that last spawn doesn't really require your input too much - you can run away and let the guys fight it out, and just mop up the remainders. I'll look into either toning it down or making that more clear.
