I am from Serbia, and i see there are all German speaking people here. Is there any english or serbian speaking guild on Momaganon I could join? If there is , send me a pm, thank you

Yes, there are more english speaking Guilds. As Example: Rebellion, Mytical, Celestial, Requiem, Synergy, Unskilled, Deviant, Descent and some more (I continue later). If you speak Russian you can join People too. Rebellion and Synergy recruite lower Level ppl too.
