You won't even need to wait a 'suspended' period if you use Google Checkout instead. Besides Google Checkout charges the company less than paypal and they can even pay with credits from advertising in Adwords. Summery: Use Google Checkout over Paypal all the way!

That logic only works if 3 people actually buys it, if only 2 buys it then it's only even and if 1 then they'll lose money.
