Does zen, gold, silver coins ever expire? Or can i charge zen now and use it later when im the right lvl?

I just downloaded the game onto my computer and when i tried to play it said updating. After a while the updating froze and so I went to the site and download the manual patch and this is what happened. Yes I have re-downloaded both the game and the patcher.
