Remove the "Duke Shouts" let it be known.... its annoying and no1 cares if a person has bought 2000 things, it occupies worldchat, it shouldnt be there at all, make a "Duke Shouts" Channel and if ppls are interested of reading all Duke Shouts messages, they can move to that channel.
