To be honest, everyone/the person who said it was the vista firewall protecting, their wrong, its a sign thats showing that the Vista UAC (User account Control) is blocking it, so you cant run it without administrator priviliges....Or just disable the UAC, go to control panel and coose user accounts, then choose "Turn UAC…
