I've tried with/without vsync on for a few hours at a time, yes it's fullscreen.

I've got the problem too. It's not the server issue. I've got friends that play right next to me. It seems to be a hardware issue. I'm getting annoyed at having to reboot every hour of playing. Windows XP Pro 64 Dual 8800GTX in SLI AMD 64 X2 6400+ Black Edition 8 Gigs OCZ Ram If that helps any.
