The buff timer seems to add 5s to almost everything, including debuffs like amp and postive buffs like running speed etc. They also seem to teminate on the 5s mark. Say I use my red glythed amp on a boss, it shows the timer at 11s (skill is 6) and then goes off the boss once timer hits 5. I love how it's good to use this…

To be honest, that quest isn't worth that much in terms of tiem effot and coins, same for the tiger badge one. The tiger one acturaly you cannot hand in if go over the lvl range, your just stuck with a useless quest in log you spent loads on.
