  • it requires lvl 40, and a popup will come out, astrange monument quest, if u didn't get it , go see ur hometown elder, if there isn't any quest, go to human elders, i've got it tht way

  • umm ,i also face dtht, but try to go to human elder ,aor any elder, mostly the ycan be received from your class elder, if not try seeking human elder , he has it b:cute
