Log your new to on into game (actually have toon in game not just at character select screen )then go into arc and enter code....your new to on will appear in the list....if your not in game with the toon it won't show up

wow this is getting anoying i hope u fix it soon working very hard to try and get some things completed for faction but very hard with all these DC's
