So When Can We Log In As Normal On Our Regular Characters And Not Mess Up Which One We Get The Level Up Stone For?

so with the issues surrounding the level up stone, if we log into our regular characters now, do we mess up being able to get in on another character? non-stashable, non-tradeable, non-available...WHEN CAN WE LOG IN AND PLAY NORMAL WITHOUT LOSING THIS OPTION?
