Did the resets, tryed, no dice. Port 29000 is not in use either.

How can I check if something else is using my port 29000? I know I don't have Gamespot Arcade...

Firewall: No. Windows Firewall is off, and I don't have anything else in the way of firewalls... Short-cut: I can't go into the properties to click the tick mark "Run as Administrator" (grayed out), but I did right click it is used "Run as Administrator" and still "Unable to Connect"

Alright, heres everything I've done: Compatibility mode to XP SP2 for every exe related to Perfect World. Ran tracerts and was told they look good. Ran ZenMap Am on my own Admin Account, no other accounts in my computer (done long time ago) Bypassed my router physically (instead I am plugged in directly to my cable modem)…

It was already done before asking on this board. And I've tried with no firewalls. I've bypassed my router (direct connection to cable modem) And disabled McAffe.
