Might not be a bad idea to conduct a poll for suggested X-server NW time.. you'll at least, at minimum, get possible time slots that can be alternated; that's if you don't get a solid compromise (not likely). As for the day of the event... Sat seems to be the best bet, but hell, poll that too.

Why not use something you already have in existence? The one-man-army/divine quests (repeatable of course) or you could use something similar but have the target be random mob types in a certain level range with a turn-in for a token/whatever for stuff (the event gold items.. whatever they will be) and mob count limited to…
