Should update the main post with the new patch. The Incacerate now spawns three mobs sometimes, havent checked if it's at random times or regular intervals, out of which one mob stand out. If this mob isn't killed within 60 seconds or you kill the wrong mob three times, the boss will disappear and not respawn.
